Vegan Food Made With Love

Don’t We All Love Sweets?

I do! I have a massive sweet tooth. I can eat a whole cake or a gallon of ice cream in one sitting. Since I went vegan, I did not have a treat for 10 months until my first vegan birthday.

I have learned to make my own treat so I usually make some for myself and my family once a week or every two weeks.

I have experimented on gluten-free, sugar-free, and low carb desserts. Still, I use what’s available and keep in mind that MODERATION IS KEY!

Jackfruit or Breadfruit?

I never knew that jackfruit can be an amazing and versatile meat alternative.

I recently had breadfruit, “pakak” in Iloko. It is usually cooked adobo style or with coconut milk (gata).

I thought of cooking it crispy fried as I would normally with tofu and jackfruit. I made some fried chick’un bites for a change.

Vegan Tacos

These vegan tacos are quick and easy to make. They’re great for snack or brunch!

Not Your Fancy Mac&Cheese

Not fancy because you don’t need cheese alternative for this meal. The main ingredient of the sauce is squash! 😉
