Having started eating plant-based on May 2018, I had to do a lot of researching. I have seen What The Health documentary and realised how a plant-based diet can benefit one’s health.
I dug deeper, deciding whether I’ll just go for plant-based diet or be vegan. Then I saw how being vegan can benefit myself, the planet, animals, and the whole of humanity. It didn’t take weeks and I’ve decided to go vegan. I have to say, I made the best decision and never felt better!
At this point of writing, I’m still vegan. 😉
Some people tried to challenge me if I will still be vegan after 2 years. It’s 2022, and I’m entering the fifth year of my vegan journey.
How is it like? It’s amazing! It’s rewarding. All I want to do now is to keep going, keep improving, and share whatever I have learned to everyone that my posts can reach. 💚🌱
I have a vision to be part of a greater cause, to affect change in the lives of people around me, to make information available to everyone so that ignorance will not be an excuse anymore!
